i just brought easycap 2.0 and it installed fine on vista but when i come to record the video is fine but the audio is very crackly and there is a horrible high pitched noise but you can hear the real audio very faintly in the background

I have windows vista and i installed the driver then i went to my computer on the device manager imaging devices and it isnt showing the hole program and then i inserted the usb for the easycap and its not recognizing it can someone please help me?

Thanks, ordered the switched adapter for scart and it solved the problem for me too. cost only £1.50 off ebay.

I was wondering if you are doing this, do you have to connect the vcr to a tv, or can you do it without a tv, and just hook the easy cap up to the vcr, WITHOUT THE TV???

hello, i have a problem. I just got my s video cable today, I set it up for my xbox 360, switch to s video and click ok. it either turns back into compostie and gives me an unexpected error the first second it starts recording. What settings should I have in order to record with the s video cable? Can someone please help???

I’m in the States trying to use a PV-A208 as a streaming cam via the EasyCap DC60 and getting the “no input signal or signal is unclear” message. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen posted. The output cable on the camera is a 2-wire miniplug to red/white RCA, which I’ve plugged into the EasyCap. All software “sees” the camera, but I still get the same error. The camera streams fine through my digital projector.

Ok here goes I have connected Easy cap to my vide & Laptop via a scart lead with 3 leads coming from it namely yellow video, red audio & white audio.
I have installed the software.
I can grab the video no problem but no sound !!! What am I doing wrong here ? Also whats the Easy cap s video lead for ?
Also this thing uses a huge amount of memory, how can I compress so i can fit onto a DVD ?
It wipes out my hard drive memory in minutes

Not very impressed with this product

Can anyone help ???

EASYCAP IS NOT WORTH BUYING

It seems many people are having problems loading the software – and I am having the same problem. NO ANSWERS or support. WHY DOES THE EASYCAP NOT GET SOME TECH SUPPORT OUT??

This software IS useless – I’ve spent hours screwing around this this video capture unit trying to get it to work.

DOES anyone know how to get help?????????? Thanks
