Hi

Great article! Thanks.

I use the easyCap to record Wii games to review on a blog I am planning.

So far I am getting it to record OK (with some trial and error) and get get fairly good quality video with audio. I can add a spoken commentary in Ulead Video.

However, I would like to be able to record the video of the game, the audio form the game and a spoken commentary AT THE SAME TIME! Is that too much to ask?

I have an ordinary headset microphone I would like to use to record the commentary - or I have a USB webcam with a built-in microphone that I can use if necessary.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi - I'm using vista with easycap/ulead studio. I get a good picture of my wii game in the window but when I press capture - the recommended resolution appears not to be supported by the bit rate video download. even when I reduce the resolution the default rate will not work. I cannot find how to change the bit rate in options. When I reduce the resolution even further it looks like it is going to tape and then a get the message 'cannot start the capture graph?'

any ideas?

Just connected my xbox in the same way you have connected your wii.

The problem ive got is that I have no sound and the video is in 4:3 not widescreen. (This happens even when I start UleadStudio at 16:9 at the main menu)

Also for some reason 1 minute of film is about 1.5GB of memory.
Yer it is great quality but I really dont want the file size that much and thats with no sound. (thats at quality of 50%)

Any ideas.

Thanks
